An injectable hydrogel may help to repair damage after brain injury

An injectable hydrogel, developed by Dr Ning Zhang at Clemson University, South Carolina, has been shown to stimulate tissue growth after brain injury.

Whilst the gel is in the early stages of development, it could be ready to test on humans within 3 years.
