- Job Title: Associate Training Manager (Part time)
- Location: Remote or our Nottingham Office
- Salary: £35,000 (pro rata)
- Hours: 21 hours per week
What Will You Do?
As the Associate Training Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering our core training content while also helping to shape new materials. You’ll work closely with the Training and AP Manager, ensuring our training remains engaging, up-to-date, and reflective of best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver approximately 50% of our core training content (remotely and in-person).
- Support the delivery of free training sessions for brain injury survivors and their families.
- Assist in the development of new training materials, keeping content fresh and relevant.
- Help plan and deliver private group training sessions for external organisations.
- Work closely with freelance trainers, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery.
- Provide administrative support such as responding to enquiries, managing invoices, and issuing certificates to delegates.
About You
We welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Ideally, you will bring:
Experience working with individuals affected by acquired brain injury.
A relevant professional qualification (e.g., occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, clinical psychology).
Strong IT skills, including confidence using PowerPoint, Zoom, and Teams.
The ability to build trust and positive relationships with both external partners and internal teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver training that is clear, engaging, and accessible.
