By ‘accessible’ we are referring to information translated into non-English languages, large print information, audio information and easy read information. Easy read is a method of presenting information that uses simple, clear language, short sentences, large font and images to make the information easier to understand.
This survey has been designed for people who have an existing or previous connection to brain injury - either in a professional or personal capacity. We therefore welcome responses from brain injury survivors, carers, therapists, clinicians, commissioners, case managers, staff and volunteers at Headway groups and branches, and anyone else with a connection to brain injury.
Responses will be kept anonymous, and we will not be collecting any personal information, other than respondents’ location, which helps us to identify information accessibility needs per region.
The results of the survey will help us to identify accessibility needs for our information – this includes our publications, website and social media content.
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and is available from the following link:
If you wish to contact us directly regarding this survey, please email publications@headway.org.uk.
We would be most grateful if you would consider circulating this information to your wider networks.
