Sat 11 Mar 2017

Headway has offered its deepest sympathies to the family and friends of John Surtees following the sad death of the former Formula 1 World Champion.

Through the Henry Surtees Foundation, named after his son who died from head injuries in a motor racing accident, John campaigned to increase awareness of brain injury and raised vital funds to support local group, Headway West Kent.

The thoughts of everyone at the charity are with John’s family and friends at this difficult time.
