Legal firm rises to the challenge

Mon 30 Jan 2017

EMG Solicitors has committed to an exciting year of fundraising for Headway. The firm, who provide a number of legal services that support brain injury survivors, will be arranging a whole host of events in 2017.

The company has lots of fun plans in the pipeline including taking to the dance floor once again for their popular WonderLAN Ball which raises funds for Headway’s Look Ahead in the North (LAN) weekend.

Emma Gaudern, Managing Director at the firm, said: “EMG Solicitors is a huge supporter of Headway, and we’re delighted to be taking over the baton to help raise funds for this massively worthwhile cause.

“As well as our WonderLAN Ball, we also hope to use our annual conference in April as an opportunity to raise more money for Headway and we’re looking at other events throughout the year, so it’s going to be a busy, and hopefully profitable, 12 months for Headway.

“Headway is a cause very close to the hearts of everyone at EMG and we’re very honoured to be able to give it our support.”

Rachel Broughton, Fundraising Manager at Headway, said: “EMG’s experience of providing legal support to people affected by brain injury makes this a very natural partnership. We are delighted they have taken up the challenge and we look forward to supporting the team throughout their year of fundraising.”
